The remarkable Temple Transducer headset lets EX Series two-way radio users listen to radio transmissions via their temples, not their ears. This lightweight, behind-the-head style headset features two temple receivers that convert audio into sound vibration, and transmits it directly into the inner ear. It�s ideal for a wide range of users, including police on bicycle or mounted patrol, manufacturing, construction workers and entertainment industry personnel. Designed for all-day comfort with a customizable headband and rubber covers on each transducer. In high noise environments, users can simply use foam earplugs as needed while the head-band remains in place. In standard noise environments, both of the user�s ears are left uncovered to ensure all necessary external sounds are heard. Each model includes a noise-canceling boom microphone with replaceable windscreen, plus an in-line PTT with clothing clip.
